It is once again that time of year where our clients approach us to engage in our Continuity Services. Student / Faculty / Alumni award walls need updating and our clients know that when they call on us we will deliver, on time, on budget and most importantly we will deliver a product that matches the previous year’s materials. Sounds easy enough doesn’t it? Well it is for us but only because our record keeping is impeccable.
We strive to record all the details of our projects so that when it comes to our customers yearly updates we have all the pertinent information at our finger tips. This not only makes our jobs a little bit easier (in most cases), but it makes our clients look really good.
Too many times we are called in to take over for others because their attention to details was lacking. No one wants to have an awards wall / donor wall / alumni wall that have materials that are inconsistent. It reflects poorly on the organization themselves and therefore on the supplier who manufactured / installed / serviced the walls. We believe that the programs continuity is just as important as the initial installation. We want our installations to look just as good as the day we originally installed them, even when they are 5, 10 and even 15 years old! Having said that; advances in technology and ever changing systems can and have made this challenging for us, but we do our very best to ensure the overall look of our walls.
Our work is very important to us, but what is even more important than that is our working relationships with our valued clients. We believe in and cultivate right relationships whether they are brand new or decades old. The work is very important to us, but it is not the pinnacle, that honour belongs to our clients and the relationships we have developed with them.
